i wish fevor of battle was 6 stacks

8 seems perfectly realistic for an ADC, especially given that abilities also add 2 stacks. And for melee, every basic attack counts for 2 stacks, so it seems realistic too.

6 stacks is fine IF it didn't double stack. I actually played fervor with Kayle yesterday since it's been buffed. Thoroughly enjoyed getting my 3 stacks per hit.

Well, it depends, if you're playing a meele champion each AA gives you double stacks. They most likely did this to avoid ranged Champions abuse this...I say ranged Champions, but we all know which Champion we're talking about.
