Having a champ who's kit is designed to remove from the game rather than add to it is plain bad design, plus its absolutely broken as a concept. Enemy Jinx? Ban Runaan's, Win game. Terrible Idea imo.

I dont think the person is talking about banning the item altogether.. I believe they meant that the ability would basically remove the items stats from the champ for however long the ult lasts.

Like if a champ has a IE..then for 10 seconds all the stats the champ got from IE is removed from their damage.

I dont think it should exist but at least thats what I think they mean.

Well then thats just a terrible Ult then its basically a stat remover for a few seconds rather than having any actual gameplay altering affect.

Having a champion whos kit is designed to nuke entire team across the map is also a horrible idea Karthus

And this is extremly horrible example If you ban Runnans from jinx she can still function with other zeal items

Oh you are Irelia Well just dont build banned trinity i am sure you ll manage Oh you are Ezreal well just dont build banned tear (Granted this would be an ultimate ability he can get tear before 6 at which point you cant forbid tear)

Oh you have Sheen but an enemy banned trinity.? Well just stop building trinity components. Perhaps get iceborn else just start getting another item and sit on sheen chances are the game ll be over before the fact that you cant fusion it so you have to sell it.

Oh you are Yasuo and enemy banned IE? get fking reaver worse but still OK

Oh you are katarina/akali and the enemy banned Gunblade. Just fking adapt and buy somethjing else

Imagine if Karthus didnt exist. Then imagine if someone made a suggestion. What about a point and click ultimate which halves 40% of hp globally. Imagine how everyone would react yep downvotes

Orn can buy items outside of fountain Karthus R literaly does 40% of targets HP across a fking summoner rift Nocturne literaly point and click one shots while flying from what 4k range while none can see for 4 seconds

I can guarantee you any of this ideas would make people instantly downvote if this champion didnt exist and you suggested a champion with such moves

Fk probably the only reason karthus ultimate exist is because in early stages of League before it blew up none cared about balance or took league seriously. (Karthus is one of original league champions)

But a champion who can ban an item with ultimate is broken? Keep in mind you cant ban an item they have already bought (Just like you cant ban an already picked champions )

Even if you ban a fking red trinket so a support cant swap to it (they ussualy do at minute 7-8. It doesnt fking matter there are 2 other trinkets Even if you ban a health potion there is refilable. + you are already level 6 how valuable potions are Even if you fking ban rageblade from varus, he has multiple viable builds

Even if your item only builds into 1 item which got banned. Guess what you can just sit on that item use your item slot space for other items, You can just sell thsi component which you cannot fuse.

What do you even ban?

This champion would have a ncihe in champion select. Oh an enemy is using this champion known for abusing this item. Oh I ll just pick XYZ and fking ban that item once I get 6

If you ban a zeal they can still buy items like PD shiv RFC by buying entire item. If you ban one of the item 3087 item 3094 item 3085 item 3046 GUESS WHAT THERE ARE 3 Other options

There is nothing wrong with my suggestion. What is more concerning is how negative a response for the unkown is but I wouldnt expect anything less from humanity

The only concern with this ultimate is that a new player ll have no idea what the fk to do with it. Imagine being new to league and playing this champion on free week rotation. Oh I can ban an ITEM.... WOWWWW fk that zzrot
