Getting tired of the constant dodges since the introduction of autofill

It's getting to the point where I often see at least one dodged champion select before each of my games.

Generally, whoever got autofilled as support seems to dodge, though they often wait until the end of champion select to see if anyone else will dodge first (and waste as much of the other players' time as possible.)

Often, it's a combination of dodges and people rejecting the match until the autofill falls on me and we can finally start a game because I don't dodge.

Now, I don't really mind being autofilled occasionally myself, but it's clear that it's just not healthy for the game as a whole. The queue times before you get into champion select may have gone down slightly compared to last season, but it feels like the time to actually get into a match has increased.
