Shurelya's + Twin Shadows combo needs to be looked at.
Before we buff Twin Shadows, could we at least look at Shurelya + Twin Shadows? It's 15% bonus movement speed with 100 AP for an extremely cheap price for the effects that you get. Even an absolutely dumpstered Teemo turns into a massive utility boost for his team and absolute kiting machine if ever ahead.
Twin Shadows used to be built all the time. Could we at least try to avoid that meta shift returning since it doesn't have real counterplay behind it when you're in range? I currently like where Twin Shadows is at.
