Riot, after seeing her in the LCS for the first time in forever how healthy do you guys think soraka is right now for both Solo Queue and in Ranked 5s?

Good spot? Bad spot? Too safe? Too gankable? Is the amount of damage and healing she does right? Are her health and mana costs still good to you guys?
