Singed stealth buff?
Now that the inhibitor towers no longer slow, Singed can proxy farm all day in your base, then run away if your team turn up. That is going to be hilarious

Proxy Singed is already castrated with gold bounty changes a while back+reksai/graggy/hecarim jungle being popular. Furthermore, you should fear Tryndamere more. Hes going to easily duel your inhibs. Edit: also, roa being nerfed for Singed, rylais becoming way more prevalent, and generally more magic damage in games means you will see a lot less Singed. Mark my words, his ability to do " Singed things" will go downas mages shred the crap out of him.
