I'd like opinions on the champion Annie, because I think she is way over powered.

she is without a doubt
With items, yes
she needs a teenager skin. and buffs. in that order.
she is weak
In my opinion I think that her q should have the mana return taken away and the stun from her passive should have a time limit on how long it's available. I don't think she should be able to just sit in lane with a charged stun ready to nuke anyone who get's in her pretty long range.
