Admittedly I had to look up exactly what you mean by "Vanguard like", and I'm still not 100% sure, but you also mention the history of being a sticky low damage threat. THAT is the Skarner I fell in love with in Season 2. Even today, I still build him like that (Cinderhulk for tank, and Iceborn for sticky). I'd love to see stats pulled away from AD, and more into AS/Move in order to synergize with his Q. Get him back to that type of character. I have some stuff saved up and sitting locally on my machine. Maybe I can throw something up on the PBE following the worlds patch or something, but I don't want to disturb any of the end of season balance work going on.

Hopefully I can get a chance to get it out there as we approach the pre-season patch, but either way, I'll try and give an update as to where it's at even if we decide not to.

Could it be that the changes got delayed and it may be possible to see them on the upcoming Divers update? or what happened? (;へ:)
