For me It's just "Oh man is this the game where I start to get horrible matchmaking to lose 10 in a row"
Every time I win a large amount of game I just go into panic every time I queue up because it's bound to happen and not even rewarding

MysterQ1 votesYou mean where my rank means nothing. I am matched based on my MMR which means higher ranked than me personally. Yet somehow if I am on a winstreak my teammate are on losing streaks to balance out the MMR of teams, despite MMR already saying you are paired with people at your MMR.

mmr is independent of any concept of win or loss streaks. If someone on your team is on a loss streak, riot didn't match you with them specifically to cuck you, you were matched with them because they have a similar mmr to you, nothing more, nothing less.
MysterQ1 votesMany people will claim. As you win your MMR increases, as other players lose their MMR drops. Matchmaking sees us in the same tier and we are paired together vs a team with a more average MMR. You can say yes our MMR is similar but that doesn't make sense when the other team has 5 people all with a smaller gap range vs you and the losing.
Anonagon1 votesbruh the situation of "the difference between me and my teammate's mmr is bigger than the difference on the enemy team" is completely independent of win or loss streaks. As long as the teams average out matchmaking is doing its job.
Your tier has no bearing on being matches with anybody.
MysterQ1 votesExcept it makes no sense to force you onto teammates with lower MMR if a smaller MMR gap option is available. But almost everyone will state you WILL get placed with lower MMR players to balance out with the other team. And the effect that the goal of MMR is to get people to 50% WR is not going to convince me otherwise, because 50% should only be the goal once you are at goal not while climbing.
