I can't believe I'm saying this but Vayne is not only significantly outscaled by Kai'Sa, but overall outmatched.

These buffs were something else. Just like Swain, I'm feeling her kit was given too much power from the buffs. A week isn't enough to judge a "highly mechanical champion". High mechanics take at least 100 games to master. Give the champion a month at least.

Swain needs toned down a fuck ton, he has some of the highest base stats in the game atm, he could build straight tanks and just kill of the base dmg of his q which I belive is close to 385 base damage at max rank.
