1.00 AD shield ratio, a 3-tick ability that both gives ridiculous damage, mobility, and CC, two AoE interruptions, a ranged AoE excecute, and two huge bonuses to auto attack damage and yet she isn't even considered OP or unbalanced.

To me i consider riven the #1 most annoying champion to fight.
CrazFight 1 votesShe is one of the hardest champions to master in the game, if you manage to master her then hell ye you should be able to play her broken, but to the average player she is meh. She also has tons of counter play.

I guess positioning is super important considering her fairly low threat range.
That itself is already enough to make her pretty difficult, but is it enough to make her broken? Or am I missing something?
