Why does the enemy team just automatically leave without reporting people who deserve it?

I'm talking for instance if they KNEW that someone on the opposing team went afk/left, don't you think you should report that person instead of just instantly leaving without reporting them. This also could apply to if you literally saw someone on the enemy team, blatantly feeding on purpose, don't you think you should report that person instead of just leaving right after the match?

I hate when people do this it just frustrates me, if you want a less toxic community than do your part in reporting people who deserve it....

I do if it's necessary. Mainly if they are flaming people in /all chat. I must reserve my reporting for seriously toxic behavior. If I reported every bad thing, I'd be sending out multiple reports every match for players on both teams. There's something about diminishing effectiveness if you report too much.

Unfortunately, there's so many seriously toxic kiddos that the reporting system can't keep up with it. Pretty sad. Riot will forever be known for this.

This happens in almost all free-to-play games that become popular. It's not just LoL

AFKs/disconnects are automatically flagged by the server. It's not necessary to report for that unless try were evading LeaverBuster by running around but refusing to actually fight or take objectives. They also have automated systems that look for intentional feeding.

Riot doesn't treat multiple reports in the same game as more serious than one report. This prevents premade groups from having undue influence in the report system, and also means that it doesn't matter whether other people report. So there's no need to "report beg"; just report the offending player yourself and move on.

They most likely think, "Hey, a free win. gg to whoever left, honoring them." Essentially, this is why I think the enemy teams are usually douchebags hired by trolls to make your day terrible.
