Taliyah pulled at the cobbled floor of the inn, the flat stones erupting, lifting the captain off his feet.

As the captain’s body was knocked up, Yasuo was there to meet it, the cold blade cutting through the captain’s chest in three quick strikes.

So...

Yasuo can only ult airborne enemy
Yasuo's ult is leggit 3 slashes

She will likely have a knock up, and probably earth surfing too, based on the picture and story anyhow.

Actually she will probably have some kind of Stone barrier wall like anivia, some kind of movement ability with the earth wave, and a knock up. These are what we can extrapolate from the teaser comic. There is mention of an area ability as well that creates a large hole. Most likely some kind of slowing AE ability like MF's make it rain. I would think she it going to play extremely similar to Nami. With some kind of knock up cc as a ground based skill shot. A wall to block movement (maybe even have poppy's anti movement effect as wish) but it's also extremely likely the wall will be an ult similar to J4's. Another interesting effect would be similar to kindred's or bards as an Ult. Furthermore it is unknown what her passive will be as it could something like Ziggs, to something altogether unhead of yet.

yes. its even part of the story. she knocked up a guard, and yasuo finished him off that knockup.

i wouldnt be surprised if she also had a "grounded" debuff. or was blind, and able to see with her feet.

Actualy Lissandra already uses that kind of "vision through element" so I don't think they would implement it on another champions since it would just make both of them less unique, but it would still be fun.
