Sion Note: W *does* work with cinderhulk now
They fixed the issue sometime back where Sion's health was not working with Cinderhulk. It does, in fact, work now. You can easily test it by killing a large monster or siege minion once you have cinderhulk -- your health will go up by 11-12 instead of 10.
