Champion select is still filled with bugs

Feels like I've made a post here once a month on this topic for years. I get into a game. When its my turn to pick I choose my champion and "Lock in" is not lit up. I pick another champion. The same. I do this 4-5 more times as my time to lock in runs out with no luck. I "dodge" the game, get a 6 minute lock out and lose LP. This is simply one of at least a dozen different ways I have had ranked Champion Select crash/bug out/etc. since the major changes. I have done every fix in the book and it seems like something new continues to happen on a weekly basis.
