Can you buff Nunu Q so I can use him as a support?

I keep on getting bitched at for going Nunu support when YES my adc and me win a LOT when i support but Nunu falls off so badly late game since he can only W or E. his Ult is okay but not the best since it can always be CC and with every champions that can CC these days it's not hard to stop him ult after 1 sec.

Can you give his Q damage on a champion (Not true damage) but like a small damage over time poison or something? Since I hate that every time it goes to late game my team would bitch at me for going NUNU support when I actually win lanes but fall off late game.
