Miss Fortune's "Make it Rain"

People say that it should be deleted or stuff like that, but personally, I disagree.

Maybe it's because I'm biased since I enjoy playing AP Miss Fortune and Make it Rain is a huge asset to what makes AP MF ... well ... AP MF.

Of course if you build AD, an AP ability won't really be/seem that good. But for diversity purposes, if you ever decide to play AP MF [which imo is good in a coordinated team] the Make it Rain is really beneficial because of the major slow, so it prevents the enemy team from engaging hardcore. And the damage if you build AP is rather strong over time [in teamfights]

I can't tell you how many things I was able to done with Make it Rain, so I'd love to see it stay and maybe receive a small tuning for better I suppose. If you delete it, then it'll just limit Fortune down to one specific role, an ADC. And in my opinion, diversity should be highly considered when making champs. Not a "This champion NEEDS to be in THIS lane" mind-set.

I disagree. It's not a good thing that she's almost better off skipping Make It Rain when playing in her primary role. The spell should be desirable to use when you're an ADC, not something you almost entirely ignore. It should be deleted or heavily rebalanced. There is no reason why it can't remain useful to AP MF while doing this, but keeping AP MF the way she is now isn't worth having such a mediocre ability as part of AD MF's kit.
