Basically the title. Switch to ADC from JG because jungle hasn’t been great for awhile. I have been finding ADC to be even more difficult. You rarely do any damage unless you are way ahead and you are pretty much instantly deleted mid game buy pretty much every class.
Jungle is by far the best role to climb with, so switching to any other role is going to feel like a massive dip in how well you can climb. ADC probably is one of the worst to climb with though as you're so team reliant. Early game you need to rely on your support and jungle, mid game you rely on every one else to not feed and late game you rely on your team to protect you.
That leads me to believe you do not know the role well enough to climb yet.
Support is generally considered the worst simply because you have to rely on your team so much unless you play Lux, Brand, or Zyra. Every other role has the possability of solo carrying or insta killing people than support.... which is true and yet not all at the same time.
Some decent ADCs that you could use is Xayah, and Caitlyn for fairly easy to pick up.... but has a pretty decent skill ceiling.... or Vayne and Kaisa and Kalista for if you want to put in some time to get used to them FIRST and then start trying to climb.
No offense but Maybe because you are still not good enough to climb ? It's not that adc is impossible to climb with , you just simply chose to go from Jg ( the best role to climb with ) to a role that has less impact than the Jungle.
jungle is still great, you can prevent other lanes from growing including your opponent jungler.
a better jungler makes a huge difference especially in low elo considering most of them are autofilled junglers
i wouldn't recommend adc, they need a good support or jungle to carry and you don't seem to be a good adc, it's easy to shut down a ashe compared to a lucian, vayne, caitlyn, jinx and kaisa.
those dragons, rift herald and baron help out alot but these bad junglers never seem to take them.
Due to the fact that you switched on a whim you aren't going to find immediate success until you get accustomed to playing the role also, Jungle and Mid are generally considered the best the roles to climb on because they have the largest impact on the map.
support and adc in this order
who ever suck of they two there will be serious problem
but adc have in theory the dmg and the pushing ability to carry the game a sup can hardly be able to carry a game (even if it mostly always do behind the curtains), no gold, wrong build to carry a game, most pool of champions are not suited for that role
Depends exactly how much better you are than your rank. The closer you get to your "real" rank, the harder (longer) it'll be to climb.
