Stormrazors slow needs to be melee only
Cause ranged champions need any more free cc. 40% slow is a lot. Ranged adc are already abusive, they don't need the more.

OtterlyLost2 votesNo one but Kai'sa builds it right now as is for one. .-. For two, its intended for ADCs. For three, its a 40% slow on a fairly long CD. You have to "energize" you AA to get it.
Oleandervine2 votesIt honestly just should have been removed when they reverted the crit changes. It lost it's purpose (and it's frankly ridiculous stats), so it really didn't need to be kept IMO.
