Match Making in ranked in so terrible and frustrating

Just had a ranked game where me and jungle were silver 3, bot was bronze 2, support was unranked, and top lane was a fresh brand new level 30 on a champ they had never played ever.

Of course this was my promo best of 3 when I get this as if it was mocking me lol

This matchmaking is a mess Riot how do you find this okay?

There is no way with a 52% win rate that I have the same mmr as 2 unranked accounts and a bronze 2. Sure it isn't diamond but that's just all over the board random.
