I was looking at the patch notes for the previous 2 champs, 
, and on Illaoi it said that she would release soon after her patch, and on Jhin they specifically said he would release in a week. So Aurelion will probably also take a week, and it doesn't make me happy to have to wait even longer.

Teasers in pbe for a patch Champ goes on pbe for a patch pbe patch comes to live after a day or 2 (or a week or 2) champ spotlight gets released the champ gets released a day or 2 after champ spotlight.
Thats the general pattern. Sometimes the times vary but thats the gist of it.

Unfortunately, whenever they release a champ, he also gets disabled a day later because a gamebreaking bug was found. Its usually fixed (and usually permanently except azir), but don't expect to play Sol the day after he gets released.
Funnily enough, there's already bugs because of this patch. Wonder what'll happen with sol,
