In my honest opinion, I think LoL's Tank Meta is the by far the worst.

Not just because of the toxicity of not being able to fulfill your role as glass cannon because flash ult amumus ensure you die every team fight and on the chance that doesn't happen you won't be able to actually kill anyone unless the enemy team literally ignores you for an entire 14 seconds.

But also because it takes the least amount of skill to just build armor and HP, take one damage item and be able to do more damage than your adc or mid laner for the rest of the game.

So a flash ulting amumu ensures you dies every team fight, granted it at leasts lets you do something before he takes his 3-5 seconds to kill you. You find this to be worse than the .5-1 second Zed/Talon/Leblanc/Ahri/etc needed to kill you in previous metas because....?

Frankly your complaints make no sense. In a tank meta ADCs are kind because they do strong consistant damage unlike mages not named Cassio that have to work around CDs. When tanks are strong ADC can shine. When assassins are strong ADCs are glorified siege minions.

Glass Cannon is a strategy that's best played on weaker opponents. If you're worried about an Amumu, the hint should've beeen that you're gonig to have to deal with him eventually. Really, glass cannon is so unreliable, especially if the whole team is going for it.

The Tank Meta is the longest time I've seen any LoL game take. The real downside is that nobody tries to surrender at 20 anymore even when the enemy is clearly beat. Then out of nowhere Riot's late game scaling kicks in and nothing matters except %health and burst.

(Seriously? Even Sejuani and Gragas can't outdamage an ADC or AP mid. Just position better and don't all-in tanks when all their CC is still up.)

Doesn't every "meta" have it's pros and cons? It is easy to mention "what is wrong" with something without mentioning the "issues" of any other meta. I think the tank meta creates interesting team fights that require strategy and really test a teams ability to communicate and focus damage on particular champs in a particular order. If that isn't the ultimate test to a teams ability I'm not sure what is. As far as a mumu ult, have we ever really been able to get away from that? haha

Only thing I hate is when a game gets stalled out and damage dealing tanks and ADCs become god tier. Didn't happen in the assassin meta because games were pretty quick, but now the capacity for each team to drag the match out is significantly higher.
