Any tips for a new Fiora player ?

Hi everyone. Recently i have started playing Fiora a lot and what im gonna tell you is that i like this bitch so much. Im looking for some tips on the laning phase, good matchups, bad matchups, best builds atm and other useful stuff. Also i heard that her passive isnt randomly spawned?, instead its programmed where vitals are appearing.(im not a native english speaker so ive probably fcked up here, but still u can understand i guess) If someone has a free time can u please write all the stuff i should know about her down here.
