Why doesn't Nocturne get assists when he ults?

Seriously, when Nocturne ults he removes ALL ENEMY VISION and just because he doesn't deal damage to them doesn't mean its not assist worthy (the activation of his R). You can get assists from other sources that don't do damage to the enemy and still get an assist (I.E when you shield an ally or exhaust an enemy you still get assists). Especially since Nocturnes ult has an extremely high cool down.

Can I get some feedback on this? I'd like to see if anyone else agree's.

"Press R to get 150 gold." see the potential problem?

Karthus? Raka?

because he can globally get any assist for doing nothing

it helps the same amount as a Soraka ult, so i don't see why not, plus its got quite a long cooldown....but the same could be said of TF destiny granting vision

I don't think it helps the same amount as a raka ult at all. Raka gives this incredible heal when noct affects vision. Also, they would need to start giving assist for if a players ward saw an enemy player which then resulted in a kill, whch would be tricky to implement

Or Warwicks vision? There's been a good number of times that vision has killed off someone trying to hide in bushes during my short time playing LoL

i like idea bc that vision on his ult can turn a team fight ive had good one ult at right time and i couldnt see to help my team and we got picked off as we retreated but if its to gold worthy then lower the gold reward for his ult and like tf's

A very long time ago, it used to grant assist just for the vision denial. Granted, it made Nocturne snowball really hard for little effort on his part. I do not want to go back to those days.
