build trinity force, Bloodthirster, Berserker's Greaves, two Phantom Dancers, and a Youmuu's Ghostblade.

Take smite with you top lane just to survive farm phase. Proceed to pull ahead at mid to end game, and take each person out In a second each.

I highly doubt new poppy will have the same level of end game with a full damage build. I hope you can preserve her power.
