@Riot Thresh and Relic

Is there any way that Thresh could have his E's auto attack damage to minions doubled or something so he is actually able to last hit minions later on in the game? In the laning phase it's great that you need skill to properly last hit the minions, but it feels very punishing later on in the game being unable to get gold out of your support item without massive cooperation from your teammates.

It would for sure be a small buff and I don't see any real abuse cases.

TLDR: Please double Thresh's Passive Auto damage vs minions! For the love of Relic Shield Please!
