Low Tier Masteries aren't the Problem the Problem IS-

Keystones. Riot, the problem is Keystones and nothing else. They homogenize the game and create boring play patterns. The fact you are nerfing well designed champions because of how they interact with keystones is ludicrous. Keystones are just raw powercreep.
