I've noticed that one team ALWAYS seems to get some stupid ADC comp with just the right amount of CC to protect them. The other team on the other hand gets some shit like all melee or squishies with little to no push power. What fucking gives? Is Riot able to fix the champ select algorithm or do I have more luck waiting for my seat to travel to space?
It would just be nice if this mode were TRULY random (open ALL champs.) Or shit at least bring back bans.

Yeah there's times where I'm just standing completely still, not able to do anything as the team just chain cc's me until one of them kills me. VERY annoying, but I'm not sure that's the biggest problem.
I just HATE how one side of ARAM ALWAYS gets the better comp by a long shot while the other side just wastes 20 plus minutes in the match. It's frustrating. They NEED to open all champs, it's been so fucking long. There is NO REASON to not do it.

My latest game we strangled out the opponents with

We had 0 tankiness and 0 ad... But our disengage and aoe cc was ridiculous.
Every time the enemy 
opened up with his ult, I'd return with mine, then our team would stack so only one person got rooted and that person got or ulted to survive the engage.
I've also watched 
wait out the entirety of his ult multiple times in 
snares into one other cc.... Our comp was all engage with no real cc... We got crushed.
Biggest stomp I've ever been a part of was a 4v5 where our team was 4 engage heavy bruisers and the enemy was all burst mages and adcs with no good disengage
