Can a fucking riot member come in here and explain to me why a 7 fucking kill shaco cant assassanate anyone. But a kassadin can fucking 1v3 with no kills.

you do know this is preaseason right? where balance goes out the window for like 90% of the champion pool? cause they've just introduced a fuckton of changes and haven't seen how any of it panned out yet?
