Source: I'm the jungler who has to waste time constantly going bot lan, instead of ganking not-doomed lanes or farming or getting objectives or counterjungling, to prevent the enemy bot lane and jungler from steamrolling us because Bard players are selfish idiots that NEVER know when it's ACTUALLY okay to roam, and then bitch about their ADCs "trying to 1v2" while staring at the ADC's corpse under their own goddamn tower.
Bard should be locked at any rank lower than Plat, I swear. Literally one of the LAST champions and types of players I ever want on my team and I don't even have to lane with them. T.T
If I ever get a Vayne and Bard at the same time on my team I just dodge and take the penalty. Literally almost a guranteed loss and flame war as two of the most entitled bot lane players act like they're more important than anyone else and bitch about how everyone else is the problem.
DarkRitual1 votesI have played Bard a good bit. Level 6 mastery. I'm Silver. Most people playing Bard poorly just aren't experienced on him. I was bad on him when I first picked him up too. Sure, I still whiff an ult here and there, but even pros do from time to time too.

It's the whiney, blaming, blatantly ignorant attitude, where they think magically if their adc just "plays safe", the Bard is free to roam around chime collecting all he wants.
That's not how the game works. Any Bard player who thinks that's how it works is a complete moron, and unfortunately, there's a lot (read: "Nearly every single one I've ever encountered since his release") that think that way.
And it doesn't just mess up and piss off their adc. As a jungler, I would literally rather have a support Master Yi or something than a support Bard, because they're just almost universally so goddamn selfish/stupid when there's a chime to collect somewhere.
