@Riot: Could you slightly buff flat mana regen runes so they're actually worth it?

Each flat mana regeneration seal only gives 0.41/5 seconds, about 3.69 per 5 seconds if you take all 9.

Each flat mana regeneration glyph only gives 0.33/5 seconds, about 2.97 per 5 seconds if you take all 9.

Compare that with 9 armor or the AP seals/glyphs. Pretty bad tradeoff, if you ask me, to ditch that armor for a meager amount of mana regeneration.

Since armor seals are so popular, could you make those mana regen seals (and maybe glyphs) stronger so they're actually considered?

They're still better than flat mana, scaling mana, or scaling MP5 though. And they're even still good on some champions. This would actually buff the only good mana mages like lb that can play mid anymore, too. I don't think this would solve the problem.
