3 armor to help a "weak early game" while taking 50/100/150 total damage off her ult?

No that 3 armor isn't going to magically be far more impactful than vayne's "3 AD".

The bug fix is whatever.

Would honestly rather see all damage on W removed and have everything else be more relevant if it came down to it. IF adding something else in place of the W damage put something like a 40% slow and attack speed slow for 1.5 seconds so champs like trynda are more manageable.

The 3 armor is a placebo. It's really just a nerf but they don't want you guys to freak out so much. Irelia is fucking strong right now.

Err, no. Irelia is not strong rn. While her mid - late game are good, she loses lane to EVERYTHING. She can't lane, her jungle clear is bad, she does no damage till trinity. She's not strong right now. The PBE changes are just going to gut her, as the only reason to pick her atm is because of her ult in teamfights, and now they're gutting the ability that only scales with ap damage wise. That reduced ult damage is going to cause her a lot of issues while that armor pen does NOTHING to make up for it.

I feel like they just tossed the damage into her W for fun. I would rather it just block damage than anything. It's so weird to use. Also her E NEEDS to be more rewarding. The stun is a fucking joke.

I would actually prefer her W to not have the charge up damage for anything besides minions and get a 40% to 60% slow for 1.5 seconds and her ult to disarm the first hit enemy while having it's damage reduced.

There just are not any tools to deal with something like trynda who straight out wins in trades and making her E stun 1 second would not fix current problems.

I feel fairly certain that a large part of her W is for wave clear. A fully charged W with just 1 damage item is enough to put caster minions low enough to Q them.
