Can Riot balance Leblanc?

She went from having to actually be skilled enough to pull of her combo and achieve full damage with her sigil, to now being able to land any ability and kill players without her R or even without reaching level 3. At least you could dodge old leblanc. New leblanc doesn't have to pull off a combo anymore, just land an ability and her passive is on you multiple times. Whatever cooldown on the passive is NOT ENOUGH. Ekko needs to wait 10 seconds to recast his 3 hit passive and it does way less damage so what did they do to Leblanc?

I thought this rework was going to make her more reliant on deceiving people, not giving her tons more damage, more escapes and massive waveclear, plus range on her chain. I've played Leblanc top against a renekton, the damage I did on him was insane. There is no counter play anymore besides relying on unreliable teammates. Riot needs to nerf her passive exponentially, that is the biggest problem. Why does Leblanc need Ryze spell flux in the first place? Who thought this was a good idea.
