The way adaptive works bugs me

idk if it was changed since i last checked but when i did if you had 21 bonus AP and 20 bonus AD it would give you adaptive magic stuff, despite it being much easier to get AP than AD from items, as shown by adaptive stats giving more AP than AD

if i want to play hybrid kog'maw (since his ult has better bonus AD scaling than AP, but his basic abilities only have AP scaling) there are little to no ways to get the adaptive to give me AD, since AP items give more AP than AD items do AD
