This is more of an assumption but in the marksman update they will add items for adcs to take better care of the juggernauts. This would probably unintentionally hurt mundo by a lot. The buffs on the pbe do help him by giving him more overall damage and better mix damage but it still wouldn't be enough with theses new likely anti juggernaut items in the marksman update.
xJLx MCHammer1 votesHe will need a few more buff. The constant % HP MAX damage and Armor/MP pen is making it hard to pick him. He should be the guy that runs into and does some damage but be able to tank a lot. I feel like he does not take too much anymore. Maybe his ult regen should be buffed a bit (not the amount it heals but how long it takes)
biologist111 votesThe other thing why he has fallen out of favor is he is a juggernaut but hes to fair of a juggernaut if he ults you ignite him etc.etc. he has to many check and balances compared to the new juggernaut since he been in the game for such a long time.
darkdill1 votesMore than just buffs, he needs a new passive. His current one is boring because it's "invisible power, no gameplay". I'd like them to change it to something like "gain extra healing from all sources based on missing health" or something like that. That way, he becomes even better at surviving with 1 HP, but doesn't get any boost to lane-sustain.

Slamurai Jack1 votesI feel like the Marksman changes will help Mundo, not hurt him. Current itemization has favored late game DPS adcs for a while now while shafting early and mid game burst adcs. Riot is extremely likely to shift power in the direction of champs like Graves and Lucian and away from Vayne and Jinx, which is an enormous indirect buff for Mundo.

Grievous wounds is way too game-changing to be allowed on a good item (i.e. Morellonomicon).
