Why doesn't vayne have any nerfs on the PBE?

Are you guys just waiting for after worlds? Cause you know shes gonna be picked/banned every game. Or you know, just nerf bork,attack speed, Or even better we could buff the people who had attack speed slows that could handle her. You guys nerfed everything we used to keep vayne in check.

I'm guessing it's because they probably have ADC changes in store for the preseason,so they want to see how it affects her before they nerf her. It also comes with the addedd benefit of #LCSBIGPLAYS considering Worlds is just around the corner.
