Can't be having you constantly stick onto people and permaslow them, no that would be anti-fun and toxic.
Oh but you can, there is much more counter play to avoiding all your slows and constant movement speed, the blink dash every 4 seconds. Keep up the good work kid.
whats worse is that skarner had no way to get to someone other then running at them, ekko has an instant 700 range blink.
Ekko's slow is one of the main things that makes tank ekko the dominant build. He has some similar problems that original skarner's permaslow had. (full control of fights, makes it easy to win when ahead and almost always avoid death when not killing).
We're probably going to weaken his slows or add some gaps in his slowing pattern. Likely we will compensate his kit in some other way.
best part is that you could break skarner's shield to stop him, and he also needed one Q before slowing you means it was totally possible to avoid skarner slowing you.
yeah 7 second cooldowns sure are permanent...
