I don't mean to be the one to say it, but until you reach high gold +. No champions are broken (Except Maybe Camille). The only thing that is losing you games is your mentality and skill level.
She's all skill shots except for W. A wrong step with R could end up with her dying. She takes skill to play.

You forgot to mention that she's hilariously squishy. And largely dependent on relatively easy to dodge skillshots for her combo. She's really not that hard to beat with champions such as

But I have not seen her to be a problem .... compared to faceroll brainless broken champs like Lee or Yasuo.
I mean, she does do everything, but not significantly well. Some sustain, some good damage, a single target CC, more good damage, and some mobility.
