Any Chance of a Sivir Buff in the Near Future?

Back when 6.17 came out, Ashe, Jhin and Sivir were hit with the ol' nerf hammer. Now as was noted by some others (e.g., http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/iB8yqRBR-sivirs-nerfs-in-comparison-to-ashe-and-jhin-is-huge , the nerf to Sivir was quite a bit harder than the other two - and her mechanics just haven't quite been as fluid. (Heck, it's not a fluke that it's become the Ashe, Jhin and Ziggs show on botlane.) And, she hasn't really bounced back the way either Ashe or Jhin have. Any chance of her getting a bit of attention sometime in the near future?

She was my "go to" ADC when I got filled into the role for most of last year, and I'd love to see a little bit of dev love passed her way.

I really hope sivir gets buffed. She could need it since she's a bit lackluster in damage compared to other adc's ad the moment

We'd need to be careful with Sivir buffs. She's got good safety with her spellshield and passive, has some of the best waveclear for an ADC, and her ult provides great utility.

I don't think her damage needs buffing. Ricochet and Boomerang Blade are great teamfight damage. If we were to buff Sivir, I'd go for the utility; maybe reduce her ult cooldown to 100/90/80 from 120/100/80?

A reduced cooldown at early ranks could increase her laning power by, obviously, allowing her to ult more frequently. She doesn't really need a lategame buff, imo; her ult is one of the best teamfighting ults in the game, for good reason. An early game buff, though, would help her nicely and let her make more frequent plays around the dragon or roaming to mid lane.

Maybe her base AD could be buffed a little bit, but I'd be careful with offensive power buffs to her. She's got a gameplay identity as a non-selfish, teamfighting ADC, so we should focus on that instead of raw damage (Which is more for ADCs like Twitch, Miss Fortune, and Vayne).

Good point - though her wave clear is not quite as good as it used to be (for the first 10-2 minutes anyhow). But she does seem to be in an awkward place at the moment. Heck, Kalista is out-utility-ing her atm. You can't even concede that maybe a slight W buff could help?

W CD reduced from 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 to 7 or 7.5 at all ranks?

Again, I think her early game could use a boost more than her late game. She's so good in straight up teamfights that I couldn't personally justify buffing her late game, but her early game could use a boost, especially with ADCs in 2k17 and all that.
