Can we give ROA more mana per stack

last season ROA was pretty much built on every mage excluding a few who rushed CDR and it was too good i agreed with that. 120 ap and a lot of stacks were too efficient hell it was almost stat efficient before any stacks.. however. it was nerfed in midseason. mana and ap were nerfed. ap down by 20 and mana down by 100. the mana nerfs make no sense to me. the item right now gives 300 mana and 10 per stack so 400 when stacked total. that part of it doesn't make it feel like a scaling item. 100 mana over 10 minutes? meanwhile tear gives you 1000 mana when stacked. give it 20 mana per stack up to 500 total. when i build this item and wait a while for it i'd like it to give more mana than nomicon fully stacked. yes i get it has hp but morrellos has CDR and a great passive. and its an immediate powerspike.

500 hp is decent and all but its a much better option to go rylais and nomicon on pretty much any mage nowdays.

i dont mind if u up the price by like 100 gold or so. but i'd want it to feel like a stacked item like tear when its fully done. 100 extra mana doesn't justify waiting 10 minutes

The thing is that the passive helps you get mana back too. That didn't exist last season. Plus lots of other items also give mana now. A lot of the 'mage' / 'not support items' give flat mana. I think in the end I'm not sure how much mana RoA will need without just making it so Archangel's Staff gives more AP than deathcap all the time.

UNIQUE – ETERNITY: 15% of damage taken from champions is gained as mana. Spending mana restores 20% of mana spent as health, up to 25 per cast (toggle spells heal for up to 25 per second).

how many mages actually go in to take damage and how many times do you take damage and even survive as a mage? i dont get that passive personally. it was probably meant to be a ryze item. which that was old ryze that was tanky as hell because he used to build a 2-3 tank items and still chain spell you. and that woulda worked well with his spell vamp and shield.

even if u compare it to GLP which isn't as stat efficient compared to ROA at max stats. however the stats are pretty close and you have a fantastic active that adds damage and cc to your kit. ROA isn't weak but its not as good as it should be for a stacking item
