can we make a special slot for control wards?

or make them replace the current wards when at full item slots?

Right now it seems that Riot likes the choice between a full build and vision. Although it is specifically one that supports make. I don't think anyone else does.

but sometimes a single item(looking at you ravenous hydra) can take up to 5 slots before completing it, usually 4. making u full in slots before 10 minutes(doran's + potion)

It would be a nice addition to the game I think. However, I don't think Riot will do it. Partly because they like the 'decision making' around it. More importantly (imo), I don't think they'll do it because they'll have to code it... and considering all the bugs that pop up every patch out of no where for simple things that aren't touched... I believe adding that slot makes them nervous. Look at Rift Herald. They could have added a slot for that so you could still ward with it up, but they put it on ward with the notion "We like deciding to no longer ward and keep Shelly or use her suboptimally so you can get vision". Just my tin foil hat says they don't want to risk the technological problems of adding it.
