Sett should not be able to out sustain Trundle
If Sett is going to just passively out sustain trundle, buff trundle passive to 10% please. Thank you.

Sett can pretty much outsustain anyone in lane. In an all out fight where both laners land all their abilities, he'll always escape with at least half health remaining.
He's a worthy ban IMO.
"X overpowered champion beats Y not overpowered champion so we should make Y champion more overpowered than X champion" This logic made the game the crap it is
