building little offensive on tanks?
Hi guys.
since 2013 I build some ap/ad items on tanks. I believe like sometimes its just better than one more deffensive item.
For example, on heavy ap tanks, such as 
, 
I always always always build 
on ad tanks such as (
i build 
OR 
I always skip the 
because 
is so much better. Also, 
outscales the iceborn even if its more expensive.
The best damage dealer-tanky ap tank build is mostly ,
for example , 
is godlike with this build path. Sometimes you can skip roa and go a tanky item maybe iceborn-f.hearth.
RoA gives so much than you need. Maybe not for the ap mid laners but if you decided to build really tanky but with less damage, then roa is becoming amazing late game item. 500hp,400mana,100 ap is just insane. Maybe for the early game its risky to build but after mid game it gives more than everything than an AP tank desires.
what you guys think about it, what are your thoughts?
I dont understand why people never build on ap tanks. It gives more damage than you except, it gives CDR, its not that much expensive, it gives nice MPEN since you wont be die quickly, you can help your mages deal more damage it also gives a decent amount of mr.
