I think he's clearly a little overtuned right now. His damage is just stupid. While I do think mild ratio nerfs would be enough to put him in the strong but not OP category I find it interesting that he was one of the few mages who was outright buffed in 6.9, I didn't think he was weak before it.

Kettelcorn1 votesI don't play him, but I feel like it makes him relevant (as well as other mages) in the current meta. Played against one yesterday, and the rework makes him a larger threat to tanks, but he is still easy to melt down if you engage on him.
Resolution1 votesHe was actually stronger before the buff - just inconstant with the mass amount of bugs in his kit that could entirely make his ult disappear. He's only banned in Bronze and Silver. He has 0 gap closers or callbacks other then a skillshot stun - any assassin has a field day with him if there good.

I feel like Kat v Brand is snowball reliant. If Kat gets fed then she'll kill him before his stun even connects but if she doesn't get fed then he'll stun her every time she jumps on him and kill her from there. If Brand gets fed he will poke her out with a single W, too.
Other assassins are a bit different to Kat of course - Kat's 1v1 is much more reliant on her being ahead against most people because otherwise she kills too slowly.
