The reasonings they Gabe for increasing the CD on Ez's ult, in my opinion, are the exact same reason Lux's should get the same treatment.
Granted its not AS longrange, but long enough.
And its just as versitile and just as strong. Personally that's the only issue I have with lux is the crazy short CD late game(so.etimes mid game)

No, the reasoning they gave is not the same because Lux doesn't reduce cooldowns on all abilities by 1.5 seconds by firing a Mystic Shot every 3.6 seconds.

If Lux uses her ult to clear a wave, she's making a major tradeoff. If Ezreal uses it to clear a wave, before this CD nerf, he really was making no major tradeoff.

Also, Lux's CD's overall are high af. I don't think raising the CD on her ult (which is relatively low) is the right way to nerf her. I think they should nerf her shield and/or nerf her passive's base value first.

I would like Riot to make Lux E like a Xerath W to emphasize dodging her binding as the most important thing about playing against her.

Ezreal has sustained damage, Lux doesn't. You can't even compare the two.
