Season 6 - Were there more stomps or more close games for you this season?

Played extensive DQ and SQ this season.

DQ - Premade games were usually tight and were actually good quality games with near full teams. But, the games were mostly decided in champ select, where the team with the most CC or most assassins usually won. The best part about it is that a full 5man vs 5man game almost guarantees no trolls and no afk's. While I hate DQ, I do feel true ranked 5v5 teams create LCS like games and is truly how the game is supposed to be, where the game and teamwork is the focus and the trolling and other bullshit is non-existent.

Solo - Pretty much all stompings one way or the other. Very few comebacks and very few close games. Most of my games would have been over in 30 had teams just not refused to surrender. Ranged AP and ADC champs have been incredibly strong, while tanks were weak. Assassins were in decent spots for the most part as they could still burst the squishies. If a bot lane got an advantage or if there was a 7+ kill difference early on, the game was sadly over. I feel like the skill gap from Unranked to Silver is wider than ever as lucky and unlucky placement series are putting people in places they shouldn't be.

It's been about the same. It was way worse back in the day but riot has introduced many anti-snowball features over the years.

Doesn't matter though. People always, ALWAYS will say the current season is the worst with anything. The current season is ALWAYS the most toxic, the most snowbally, the most unfair, the most unbalanced, etc if you ask.

  1. I think the end of s5/ 1st half of s6 was the worst I ever seen league. And going to the end of s6 it's the healthiest I ever seen it

Personally, I've seen more stomps AND more super long 50+ minute games.

There have been a lot fewer 35-50 minute 'one side has the advantage but just hasn't won yet' games.
