Lets make this clear riot, teamwork does not reflect individual skills. It recognizes the synergy and cooperation that your team can pull off. To simply state a plat 5 solo player is the same as a plat 5 trio player simply isn't true. Which leads to the point Dynamic queue isn't a ranked system that reflects of a persons skill, but rather how well a person can synergize with other players. Starting to see what i'm getting at? no? ranked is meaningless.
Actually, being able to work well with your teammates is a part of the skill needed to be a solo player too.
There's a reason why you tend to win more games when you communicate with your teammates, watch and react to what they are doing, and try to follow up on their plays - even when all five players are solos.
Individual skill in a team game is worthless if you can not work with your team. You want individual skill to show through? that is what end game stats are for. Damage dealt to champions, Damage soaked, Healing done Etc.
A team game is a solo game confirmed! Much singleplayer! Such wow!
