New Damage Scale Idea (Tank Damage)

So right now we have AP and AD, and a big issue currently is that a lot of champions (mostly AD) are abusing Tank items. Too often we see ADC's and Skirmishers rush Something like GA and then run around the map being literally unkillable. Look, I agree that these champions should have some defensive items, and they do ( being a fine example), but theyre easily abusing tank iems at the same time, which I imagine is effecting high elo the most since they aren't getting outscaled because they tend to end the game before full build (considering theyre fed)

A huge idea for season 8 would be adding a new damage source, called "Tank damage" (So we would have AD, AP, and TD) - Riot would have to pretty much update all tanks and maybe some bruisers to acquiring some tank damage scaling in their kit. Riot can then buff tanks by buffing their items, without fearing that the item would become overpowered & a Skirmisher or an ADC would abuse it. Because lets be honest, once a tank item becomes good, the first people to abuse them aren't even tanks themselves. If riot really want real tanks, give them their own scaling.
