Context on new nid change?

From surrenderat20 on today's pbe update:

Prowl (Passive) Triggering a hunt on a neutral monster no longer roots it for 2 seconds. 

Do you just straight up want to take her out of the jungle?

Is this just something that's being played with?

cuz, like, she used to be stronger than she is now but she was still never a viable jungler until they gave her passive that snare vs neutral monsters.
