Dude you are bronze 2. Thats exactly the matchmaking you are going to be in. Just because you can cs doesnt mean they are going to pair you with only golds. You are also spamming illaoi in the wrong meta for her. This is coming from an old school illaoi main during tank meta. Illaoi is a COUNTER pick, not a main pick. You only pick her when you KNOW the enemy top lane is a tank. You should try other champions that are going to be able carry better than illaoi. Sion is a easy tank pick up top. Urgot is an amazing pick right now that doesnt take much practice to master. Riven is godly up top right now with no counterplay.
